Oddmall Recap

Saturday, we spent the day in Hudson at Oddmall, "Emporium of the Weird", which was our second indie-craftshow we've been to. It was a good time, we met some new friends, hung out with some old ones. It was nice to sit across from Small Screen Designs again, which we sat next to at Bazaar Bizzare , and she also has her collection at Room Service with us....so we had a little Room Service Corner goin' on there. Check out the shirts we got from her....
Click on the images to go to her etsy shop.
Other highlights were seeing our tee's being sported by other vendors!!

Jhenn, of Chocoagogo, was wearing a vintage "Oh My Heart" she got last year at Baz Biz. We went over and got some chocolates for our moms to support her booth . She even had little Ohio Chocolates with a Heart in the spot of Cleveland, which we also purchased! Click on the image below to check our what she hhas to offer...
B. Radley across the aisle from us, who was also sporting our "Heart of it All" design....very nice! check out her cute jewelry by clicking the image below...
Other cool stuff we purchased ....

Great Lakes Beach Glass Hair Pins (for my girlfriend)

A hand carved rice bowl

and this awesome hand drawn G.I. Joe T-shirt from Psycho Reindeer...

All in all it was a great day! We'd like to thank all the Vendors who supported us, all that came out...it was good fun a little confusion here and there, but still fun....oh yeah....here's a look at Jeff and Laura in our Booth....a big thanks to CSP Graphics for printing our signs on such short notice...they looked awesome.

The rest of the night was fun as well, Cavs game at Jeff's house, (1st half), Laura's Apt (3rd Qtr) and Drew's House (4th Qtr) Good Game good times!....then it was on to the Garage Bar to meet up with our good friend Matt who just flew back from Germany after a 40 day Business trip and we finished up with a dance party at the Matinee...where there was a Terry Urban Look-a-like DJ and Jonah from "The Other Girls"...we danced the night away....

I got an awesome surprise yesterday....Tickets to Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals (exclamation point, exclamation point). Thanks to my wonderful GF. Even though I had a terrible head cold and cough, I wanted to go anyway to experience Cleveland's first ever NBA MVP Award Ceremony.

The "Q" was packed and very loud....I got some goosebumps I hadn't had since, well the playoffs back in the day of the Coliseum, where my friend Jason and I would stand the whole game until some old man told Jason to sit down (what was that guy doing? It's the Playoffs!)

I was cool to see Lebron get his trophy before the game, it was so loud we couldn't hear David Stern's speech. Check out the swag we got at the game...

Can't wait for Game 2 and another domination.

PS We saw three CLE shirts wandering around before the game

Cleveland's A Plum!

Friday Night We met up with a very cool chickita at The Tree House for Happay Hour. She's actually very good friends with my GF, and it was very cool to meet up and finally hang out (exclamation point, exclamation point) She writes a very cool blog Cleveland's A Plum, you can check it out by clicking the image below.
After Happy Hour and Dinner at Prosperity (had the Fish Fry, I'm so Polish) we did a tour of the West Side punk bar scene, The Spitfire, Now That's Class, and the Matinee, where I picked up a 7oz Midget Miller High Life....it was weird.
Big Week this week, getting ready for a indie craft show, Cavs Playoff Games, and more to come later....
